The owner (or creator) of an eSubmission is the user that starts the eSubmission. Once the eSubmission has been established any personnel listed in the following roles will have the ability to modify the eSubmission along with the owner:
- Principal Investigator
- Co-Investigator
- Project Coordinator
- Advisor
Note that the owner of the eSubmission does not have to be listed as personnel.
