Once a subclass has been selected the eSubmission wizard will start. Generated questions are based on your responses. So, answering a Yes/No based question will dictate what follow-up questions are presented.

eSubmission questions are presented in the PRAMS content section. An eSubmission is made up of sections and each section can have any number of questions. To navigate between questions use the "Next" and "Prev" buttons. These buttons are presented at the top and bottom of each section menu and at the bottom of each question.

Question answers are saved when selecting the "Next" and "Prev" buttons.
